Spring Beginnings New Moon Sound Bath with Alice Rose

In this gentle soothing New Moon-attuned session, Alice Rose guides us into deep rest and then lets the replenishing sound of the crystal sound baths take over. Filmed as part of our LIVE offerings at The Clearing, this replay begins in situ, as we ready ourselves to relax, settle and receive.

 
 
 

Spring Potential Ritual + Free Movement Class with Leila

A journey through the territory of your inner world. Ahead of this March New Moon, there is a great deal of 'potential' energy... a great time to take stock, to recalibrate, and to take a deep, sacred pause. This is a fun, experimental class – one that encourages us to go with the flow! Using the shape of the infinity loop – Leila creates an environment for you to move through 'infinity' – with free, natural, innate movement. For this class you will need pillows and blankets – cosy things for lying down, and ensuring you can go into a loving 'cocoon' state. Something to cover your eyes – a scarf, an eye mask, an eye pillow. Pencils or pens, and some paper, such as post-it notes (these can be cut into circles, to represent the planets if you would like to), and a journal. Keep some water by your side too. Spring Awakening Sacred Sound Session with Alice Rose

This month’s Sacred Sound Session was once again created by our dear friend, Alice Rose. We talked about the energy of the impending Vernal Equinox, and how at this point in time, we need to dig deep into the soil of our beings, to uproot those clinging weeds, stymying our growth. Where will our strength come from? How can we lift winter’s heaviness & find levity once again?

Alice held this in mind as she created this hour-long clearing & rebalancing experience. And the result is deeply restorative. In the run-up to publishing these lessons, I listened to it three nights in a row (extra strength was certainly needed), and I had the most delicious, deep & healing sleep each night. Slow Warming Yoga with Verity

A movement practice to kindle the fire within to feel the embers warm at your core – lighting up the path into winter, 'the darker half' of the year. This class is 80 minutes long, so a really beautiful conscious immersion into some restful and restorative time for yourself, during this often very frenetic month. May Medicine Sacred Sound Session with Selda

Just in time, May's medicine arrives. Taking this month's theme: 'Sacred union and balance' as her inspiration, sound practitioner & healer Selda Enver Goodwin, invites us to return to our safe places: within, inside, at our core. In a world, and at a time, when so many things seem uncertain, how do we feel and maintain our own balance? Opening with a beautiful guided breath meditation and then moving into a deliciously gentle sound bath, sink your whole self into the grounding waves of sound & voice, knowing you need DO nothing at all. Selda ends with a deeply moving reading of a beloved Maya Angelou poem, which could not have felt more perfect. May these words go where they are needed and the soothing sound vibrations touch the parts of your body that long for release, rest and recalibration. Intentional Living + Self Care for Pre/Peri-Menopause & Beyond with Ray Moore

In this month's Sacred Self Care Class, experienced yoga teacher Rachael Moore navigates a holistic approach to the transition through menstruation to menopause. Peri-menopause is the period of time that takes us to menopause (the medical definition of menopause is when a woman has not menstruated for one year), and peri-menopause can last anywhere between one and 10 years. In this session, Ray focuses on the impact of stress and the self-regulation techniques we can employ & enjoy, with a short guided practice.
